Bio

Life is nuanced. It is filled with choices, priorities, curveballs, imperfection, and grace. It is a commemoration of beginnings and endings. I specialize in working with individuals going through significant transition. This could be career change, terminating a relationship, processing through grief or simply wanting to change a habit. I am here to support, empower, and advocate for you as you go through change and find secure footing in uncertain times.

My approach to therapy is purposely eclectic and person-centered, and sometimes incorporates creative/artistic recovery into treatment. It is my experience that positive change is best achieved through a collaborative approach to treatment. It is my intention through our therapeutic relationship that you understand the inherent wisdom you possess and that you recognize your personal strengths which allows you to live an authentic and purposeful life.

Most of my work has been in agencies and academia. I have worked with individuals in substance abuse recovery, individuals processing through traumas, individuals trying to manage overwhelming emotions and seeking coping skills, individuals who are wanting a healthier relationship with their body, and individuals who are going through transitions or career exploration.
