I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I received my Master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University in 2014. I received a Bachelor’s degree from NC State University and have worked in various mental health settings providing both inpatient and outpatient services. I treat adolescents and adults. In my practice, I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Art Therapy, and take a strengths-based position with all of my clients.

Common issues I treat include: depression, anxiety, behavioral/emotional issues with teens, PTSD, relationship concerns, trauma, and sexuality concerns. I utilize creative interventions and enjoy thinking outside of the box to find new solutions to difficult problems. I offer both daytime and evening appointments and welcome new clients.
