Katie Mulalley
Katie is a Pocatello native and is passionate about finding ways to better serve her community. She began working in providing mental health services to families and individuals from the Pocatello area after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boise State University in 2008. She soon learned that she was limited in her scope of practice and felt that she could do more to service her community by completing a degree in counseling. She completed her Master’s degree in Family, Marriage and Couples Counseling at Idaho State University in 2012. She has been providing psychotherapy services to families, couples, individuals, adolescents and children in the Pocatello area since 2012.
Katie’s primary theoretical approach is Adlerian Family Therapy, but she also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
Katie is an Associate Level treatment provider for Juvenile Sexual Offenders and is Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
She has extensive experience in working with depression disorders, anxiety disorders, parenting issues, PTSD, behavioral issues, relationship issues, sexual behavioral issues, pornography issues, and trauma.
