Bio

With warmth, humor and a one-fits-one approach to your personal well being I bring my all into helping you find relief from struggles and develop a well spring of tools to move forward.  After decades serving and leading in community mental health settings I am excited by the opportunity to offer virtual psychotherapy.

By performing my work on line my clients receive stigma free services, available evenings and weekends. You can schedule when it suits you and in private. This also means that I am able to serve people living in both Maryland and South Carolina.

Relief for issues with stress, self esteem, anxiety mood disorders is certainly possible with evidence based modalities such as solution focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral approaches. These approaches generally require fewer sessions.  For individuals or couples committed to deeper exploration and longer term approaches we can work on attachment issues, mindfulness, trauma and life transitions.  We will flexibly decide the frequency and length of services based on progress.

I have experience with medical professionals, active duty and retired military personnel, divorce coaching, business leaders, and people in career transitions and others.
