Have you been feeling stressed out or overwhelmed lately? If you are looking for help, I am here to provide it. I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York and Florida and love what I do. My passion for being a therapist is evidenced in the work with my clients. I am respectful, collaborative, and non judgmental in my therapy sessions. I am open to meeting you where you are in your journey and customizing your treatment to help you become the best version of yourself. Therapy is not only what I do, it’s also my calling. Since I individualize each case, my therapeutic approach will be determined by the presenting issue.

I know life can get busy and it may not be feasible to attend face-to-face appointments on a weekly basis. This is why my practice is purely online, meaning that you have the luxury of receiving therapy at home, at the office, or on the go.

Because of the nature of teletherapy I am unable to provide support to people with severe symptoms including suicidal thinking, homicidal thinking, Schizophrenia, or other severe mental illness. I am currently accepting individual clients and couples, in New York and Florida. I look forward to meeting you!
