Many of the issues that we struggle with, including anxiety, depression, negative habits, and chronic pain, arise due to feeling a disconnection between our authentic selves and how we’re living our lives. I’m here to to help you close that gap, to create more balance and peace in your life, and shine your unique light. My role as a Therapist is to walk beside you on your path, to assist you in learning about and accepting yourself. I hold space for your psychospiritual growth within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship as we explore and process core wounds and limiting beliefs that are contributing to your current issues.
During our time together I will teach you a variety of healing mind-body-spirit practices and healthy coping skills based on your particular situation. I use a combination of interventions; some of which include mindfulness-based practices, self-compassion, EFT “tapping,” and other energetic techniques, in addition to more traditional talk therapy.
I believe in holistic health and our abilities to heal ourselves, sometimes we just need some extra guidance and tools along the way. My clients report feeling more grounded and confident in their capacity to use their intuition, while learning to embrace their whole selves.
