About Me
After getting my B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles I moved to Colorado and began working on my M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Ever since I was 18 years old I knew that I wanted to work with people therapeutically. After my own personal experience with therapy I saw the immense value that the profession offered on both an individual and a community level. I moved to Bozeman, MT in May of 2020 and opened my practice shortly after. I have worked as a therapist with families, couples, and individuals since January of 2019.
I am passionate about working with clients who are interested in engaging in deep self-reflection as a means to better understand themselves and how they see the world around them. I understand that clients are looking for some resolve from their distress, no matter how big or small the distress feels. Hopefully, through our work together, clients can begin to see that times of challenge are simultaneously times of immense growth. It is my hope that clients will achieve all the goals they set out for in therapy in order to have the most meaningful and fulfilling lives possible.
When I am not working, I enjoy biking, hiking, traveling, running, spending time with my partner, or hanging with my dog.
