About Me

I believe in the power of voicing one's struggles and fears, no matter how scary or uncomfortable that might be. Do you feel suffocated by depression, anxiety, or a recent event that turned your life upside down? Do you feel like you’ve tried everything but you just can’t shake it? It can be hard to see how we keep ourselves stuck. Each of us learns to cope with our pain differently: through humor, isolation, work, alcohol, or the approval of others. After awhile, these things may no longer serve us. You want to be your best self. You want to feel better. Maybe it’s time for some new tools.

I specialize in helping adults with anxiety, depression, addiction, and those in the midst of difficult life transitions (divorce, shift in faith, coping with loss, being a new parent). My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and empowering. I help clients gain new coping skills, discover healthier ways of thinking, and feel empowered to make changes.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to help unburden you from unhelpful thoughts, painful feelings, and unhealthy patterns. If you are looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist, give me a call so we can discuss your goals and how I can help you. I invite you to visit my website for more information about me. I look forward to talking to you!
