I do not work within the confines of one theoretical perspective. My methods are eclectic and utilize interventions that range from classic to new-age models. Most importantly, I strive to find the most effective tools to provide you with the results you desire. I also believe that in order see improvements, you have to be an active participant in your work.

There is no one quite like you. Your experience in therapy should be as unique as you are. I admire people who have the courage to seek help from a mental health professional when they are experiencing difficult period in their lives, desire change or just need new perspective.
