Bio

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Portland, OR, with over 5 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, addiction, career barriers, chronic pain, trauma, burnout/ caregiver stress, and relationship difficulties. I provide in-person therapy at my private practice, Raleigh Hills Counseling, and Cedar Hills Hospital & Outpatient Services. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University (2015).

My counseling style is gentle, supportive, and engaging. I don’t sit back. I believe in treating people by the Golden Rule and elevating all to be seen and understood. I utilize relational, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and researched interventions: cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. I will tailor my approach and your treatment plan to meet your unique needs.

Taking steps towards a happier and more enriching life is not easy. But, if you’re ready to take those steps, I am able to support you.

I look forward to working with you!
