Bio

I provide counseling for adults, young adults, teens, adolescents, and couples. I specialize in helping young adults to explore their uncertainty and become empowered and healthy individuals. I have worked extensively with college students. I have a deep understanding of common challenges faced by students including roommate conflicts, academic challenges, and career uncertainty.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help challenge maladaptive thoughts and incorporate mindfulness skills into daily routines. I specialize in working with college students and young adults.

Empowerment is a process. Through the process, I will teach you how to empower yourself in your everyday life by taking better care of yourself and developing your strengths. Together, we can create a safe haven for your personal growth. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit for each other.
