Angela Paola Martinez

I am a Bilingual Licensed Psychological Associate with Independent Practice LPA from Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.

I earned my Master’s degree of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2007, and my Bachelor’s degree of Science in Psychology in 2000 from University Konrad Lorenz at Bogotá, Colombia. I got an equivalence of my Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Austin TX.

I have experience in Clinical Psychology for more than 18 years as therapist with children, adolescents and adults through Individual, Couple and Family Therapy.

I treat Anxiety, Depression, Couples Issues, Social Skills Deficits, Coping Skills Deficits, and I offer Training in Parenting Skills and Programs of Prevention and Intervention of Bullying.

I was a Professor and Researcher in Behavioral Analysis and Clinical Psychology from Psychology Department at University Konrad Lorenz and University El Bosque at Bogotá, Colombia. I have written different articles and researches which have been published in Journals of Psychology.
