I have been a practicing Licensed Professional Counseling for 15 years, both in an institutional setting and private practice. My clients' concerns have included Depression, Anxiety, Mood disorders, Life Transitions and Women's Issues.

My ideal client would be a person committed to empowering themselves, through developing self-awareness and control. I consider myself to be a partner/guide/cheerleader for my clients and focus on supporting their journey. I offer encouragement and the development of healthy boundaries.
