About Me

You really are your greatest strength. I practice from a strengths-based approach and believe each individual has the ability to achieve the life they envision for themselves. Being able to explore who you are and finding alignment with your true self is essential to living your best life. You can expect my practice to be grounded in compassion and empowerment with a holistic and spiritual understanding.

Together we will define a unique, individualized plan that meets you where you are in each step of your journey. Our therapeutic alliance will be collaborative and motivational. Inspiration is the driving force of life.
I believe health and wellness encompasses mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Wellness is more than being free from struggle: it is a process of change and growth.

Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. I am here to help you with personal discovery and growth, exploring your emotions, navigating and coping with personal struggles to improve your quality of life. Motivating and inspiring people is a true passion of mine. Together we can learn how to honor our power and live a life filled with passion, ease, and joy.

I work with late adolescents, adults, and couples to address issues such as anxiety, infertility, self-image/self-esteem, depression, life transitions, school stressors, communication and relationship difficulties. Whether it is in your personal life, your professional life , or both we can work through this journey together. I also specialize in substance use and supporting those who are struggling to cope with someone else’s substance use. I use a variety of evidence based therapeutic practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and more to help you make the change you want to see.

I earned my Masters in Social Work with a clinical focus from the University of Connecticut as well as a BA in Psychology with a concentration in mental health and substance use from Southern Connecticut State University.
My passions for achieving balance and holistic wellness is also practiced through my own journey. What we explore together in session I also explore in my own daily life.

Vulnerability is an amazing choice and strength. We never truly stop learning and expanding. In my free time I enjoy yoga, meditation, hiking, snowboarding, kayaking, cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

We're in this together!
