Bio

I assist clients who suffer with Depression, Grief/Loss, Anxiety, ADHD, Relationship Problems, Trauma, and Life Transitions. I am also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, with expertise in helping families support their child’s developmental and/or neuro-biological condition, learning problem, behavioral concern, or other situation.

I bring an integrative and eclectic approach to my practice. I am a strengths-based clinician, meaning that I work to help my clients embrace the full potential of themselves as unique individuals. By providing a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients, true reflection and self-acceptance becomes possible and enables their positive action.

Ultimately, I believe that each of us brings unique strengths to execute our ideal life’s purpose. My work is dedicated to helping clients develop the tools that allow them to discover this path and move forward to execute it with confidence.
