About Me
One of the difficulties of dealing with trauma is that no matter what you do those painful memories keep coming forward. It affects your entire world. It is truly hard to be in a healthy and happy relationship when every moment feels overwhelming. You may have moments of anxiety, indecision, panic, guilt, or shame. It's hard to trust anyone when you feel worthless and small. Trauma is something that never really heals because just when you think you've identified all the triggers and are moving forward a new trigger pops up and pulls you right back to the start. It's exhausting! It feels like you are riding on a merry-go-round.
Imagine a life where you feel freedom, are able to make decisions, and are worry free. By using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy you can take your life back. You will learn tools to reduce emotional lows that cause sadness and resentment. It puts you in control of your emotions instead of your emotions controlling you.
In my 10 years’ experience helping numerous clients heal their anxieties and traumas, I have learned that the healing journey involves talking, listening, and empathy. It is finding ways to let the past go and living in the here and now. Let’s take the journey together and get you freedom. Call, text, or email today for a free 20-minute consultation.
