Bio

I have been practicing as a therapist for almost 40 years and am grateful for all that clients have taught me over the years and for the life experiences that have made me a more empathic and understanding clinician. I think that all the work we do must happen in the safe container of our relationship that we build together. About half of my practice is with individual adults struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. The rest of my practice is with couples. I would love to learn more about the unique struggles with which you are struggling to see if I might be able to help you on the journey.
