My name is Stan Graubart, and I’ve been providing individual, couples, and family counseling and therapy services for adolescents and adults for well over three decades.
My role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to work collaboratively with you in an honest, empathic, and non-judgmental way to help you understand what’s getting in your way, reduce any symptoms that interfering with your ability to enjoy life to its fullest, and resolve the problems you’re facing so you can create the best relationships and life possible.
I practice psychotherapy eclectically, meaning I draw on numerous psychotherapeutic techniques. So, whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, or depression, wanting to improve your relationship with an intimate partner, family members, friends, or co-workers, or trying to make sense of your present situation and discover what makes life most meaningful for you, I’ll make sure the work we do together is suited to meeting your unique needs and goals.
This having been said, one of the most important determinants of successful counseling and therapy is the relationship you build with your therapist. You need to find a professional to work with who feels like a good fit for your personality and needs.
