Bio

You go through the motions day in and day out. You can’t sleep. And no one understands, you can’t do this anymore – you’re tired of living. It’s not uncommon for people in the “suicidal mode” to believe there are no options. My job is to help you understand there is a way to alleviate your pain without ending your life. You can return to feeling life is worth living. Usually people want to kill themselves because of a loss – loss of a relationship, finances, career, identity or even the loss of a loved one. I’m here to tell you that as dire as things seem at the moment, you can get better with the right treatment. I’ve worked in suicidology for nearly a decade as a researcher and clinician. I’m passionate about helping people transform from a life of hopelessness to a life of hopefulness.

If you are struggling with depression, trauma or suicidal thoughts let me help you. Call me at (614) 260-4207 and I can discuss a treatment that fits your needs.
