I offer a safe and supportive environment to build insight, develop new coping skills, encourage growth and psychological flexibility and challenge thoughts that are no longer beneficial. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Solution Focused techniques and work with each client individually to mutually create treatment goals.
