Bio

My passion is assisting individuals and families to achieve meaning and purpose in their lives by providing a holistic counseling approach of instruction, guidance, and insight for personal development and emotional growth.

I will always come with a listening ear and an open heart. I believe that therapy is a great resource and is most successful when the individual is able to engage in an unbiased and safe atmosphere to begin processing through one’s own past. My goal is to see each individual be able to experience healing through healthy processing, in order to move forward into the most rewarding future, no matter what that may look like for each person.

My style of therapy is eclectic psychotherapy, which will incorporate various types of theories, based on each individual situation. I will work with individuals, couples, and families, teens, young adults, adults and the elderly. I would love to meet with you if you are struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, marital conflicts, employment challenges, familial concerns, and those re-entering society.
