Lynell has a passion for helping people find their true and authentic selves while learning skills to navigate their day to day lives. Using her client’s own definition of success, Lynell strives to put her client’s needs first while guiding and providing them with skills along the way. She aims to tailor counseling sessions to fit the individual needs and personalities of her clients and encouraging them to focus on their goals. She believes that the premise for change lies on the foundation of the clinician and client’s therapeutic relationship. She prides herself on providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment so that her clients can experience self-growth to become who they were meant to be.
