My goal is to help you learn effective coping skills to manage emotions in healthy ways. You can learn ways to cope effectively with any stress which makes you feel worried, sad, upset or frustrated. Together, we identify your personal strengths and use them with creative problem-solving. Meeting with a counselor can initially feel uncomfortable, but our relationship will provide guidance and encouragement to make change easier.
