Bio

the first step in improving your mental well-being. When working with an individual, I understand that life can be a very turbulent experience, full of unexpected twists, turns, and difficulties. However, it does not have to be negative. I am a firm believer that life should be enjoyable, and every one of us has the potential to improve ourselves.

I received my Bachelor’s at Morehouse College, and my Masters at Auburn University in Montgomery. I have over 6 years of experience providing therapy to a variety of age ranges, from children as young as 9 years old to adults in their late 60s.

I am a highly optimistic and very personable individual. In your counseling sessions, these personality traits are ever present. Be prepared to laugh and cry when working with me as we explore your initial concern, and push to restore, develop, and enrich a healthier version of yourself.

I have experience with Social difficulties, Relationship difficulties, Adolescent difficulties, and Family stress. I use a client-centered approach along with therapeutic techniques to help you develop the inner strength to surpass the difficulties that life has thrown your way.
