Jon Soileau
The weight of life can often seem crushing, creating pressure to keep up and endure during the ebb inflows of relationships, careers, finances, and physical or mental health struggles. Being stuck in painful patterns can feel isolating, overwhelming and begin to impact relationships. It’s my belief we each have a natural draw to being in relationship with others; helping us to be seen, heard, understood, and connected. Therapeutic relationships developed with each of my patients help to open self-expression, encourage authenticity, promote healing, and provide insight into how past experiences are influencing current relationships.
The approach I use is patient-centered with emphasis on providing empathic, compassionate, and holistic care through a psychoanalytic and attachment lens. Throughout treatment I find individuals develop the insight necessary to better understand themselves, develop stronger connections, and experience more lasting and sustainable relief.
I am accepting new patients and I can occasionally schedule same-day or next-day appointments (depending on availability). If finances are a concern, I do offer lower rates on a sliding scale and all my new patient phone consultations are free.
