Dr. Angela Krumm
Are you interested in setting specific goals and learning tools to improve your life? I am trained in a model of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) developed by David Burns, M.D. My counseling style is compassionate, but also directive and active. I require weekly therapy homework as I believe work outside of the session is necessary to create lasting change. Clients can schedule 50-minute weekly appointments or engage in an "intensive" format. The intensive model provides more dramatic results as we use the time to explore your concerns and, importantly, to move on to set goals, learn skills, and make changes. For a lower fee ($95/hr), clients can work with Kate Kresge, AMFT, in our low fee clinic at Feeling Good Institute.
