The world can feel overwhelming. Especially at a time where everything in both personal life and professional life is in flux. How do you adjust the changes outside of your control? Are you struggling with unwanted thoughts, feelings, or ideas? Has anxiety taken over so much of your head that you don’t know what would be left if it fell silent?
I am clinical psychologist and certified mindfulness and meditation teacher. My practice is for Individual Adults and is all virtual. We'll meet once or twice a week, depending on your need. I am eclectic, which means I'll use whatever knowledge and skills I have to help you. Treatment is guided by your needs.
I use Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Compassion Focused Therapy. I offer individual, personalized mindful meditation sessions, if you only want to learn how to do meditations.
