There also may be times when you will need to advocate for yourself and learn how to set personal boundaries in order to reach your best self. Anxiety, depression and other PTSD symptoms can truly alter a person’s life path. However, these can be overcome!
I practice Basic EMDR, SOMATIC therapy, animal therapy, CBT, and a person-centered approach. You will be provided with significant tools and exercises and education in PTSD, trauma and how it affects the brain and body, anxiety and depression. I understand firsthand how trauma can negatively impact one’s life. You can overcome. You can heal.
