Amber Freels
I can offer Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing- EMDR to engage your brain in the problem solving process. I help individuals with a variety of issues, including, but not limited to job stress, relationship problems, confidence and self esteem, difficulty moving on from troubled pasts, depression, and anxiety. I help families dealing with dysfunction, disruptive behaviors, major changes, and problems getting along. I also utilize mindfulness and meditation techniques, client centered approach, and cognitive behavior therapy.
I enjoy working with persons of all ages, but I am especially interested in working with young adults. My approach to treatment is client center and contingent upon the client's personality and therapeutic goals. I am open the needs of the person and will focus treatment on present concerns.
Therefore, if you are in need of someone to talk to give me a call or send an email through the website with your questions.
