Opening up can be a difficult struggle, but I am confident that I provide a safe place where one can be their authentic self. As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, I have an innate ability to listen and make people feel heard. I have worked with adults and teens through challenging life issues and hardships. Additionally, I have worked with various diagnoses, including but limited to; depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar. My hope is that by working together we can develop new coping skills to help you utilize your strengths and resolve your difficulties.

As a therapist, my job is help you look at things in a different light. Throughout the therapeutic process, you will learn how to get better at dealing with your problems that are interfering with your ability to live your best life. I’m available for a consultation, so we can determine what the best route is for you therapeutically.
