I have experience working with those struggling with substance abuse issues, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. My speciality is working with clients to break the bondage of addiction. Whether it is a dependence on a substance or low self-esteem, I assist clients navigate their way through their thoughts and find a path of clarity. Another area of speciality is working with those who are involved in the legal system and individuals mandated to attend therapy.
Because I do not want cost to be an deterrent when reaching out, the first session is FREE. I believe this gives you an opportunity to determine if you would feel comfortable continuing with therapy free of initial financial concerns. I am available to see clients on Sundays during the day or evening.
