Each person has their own unique strengths and qualities, as well as unique challenges and circumstances. I help individuals, couples and families utilize their strengths and learn practical strategies to work through obstacles, and channel intensity and focus in more productive and creative ways.
I use a variety of approaches and strategies including solution focused, positive psychology, mindfulness, C.B.T., Nurtured Heart Approach success based parenting, narrative therapy, E.F.T. ‘tapping’, personality types, career counseling, and coaching for the work place.
