As a therapist and life coach, Nieema views herself as a springboard for change in her clients’ lives and in the lives of the community she serves. While appreciating the culturally and socially diverse backgrounds that represent the communities we live in, Nieema has a strong desire to facilitate conflict resolution, improve communication and create readiness for change through practice of self-knowledge, atonement and forgiveness in clients. She is passionate about working with clients who seek to resolve a myriad of challenges, including:
Lack of knowledge of self
Life cycle transitions
Couple & Marital Concerns
Resolving these challenges can often be undermined by the resistance of self-acceptance/accountability, relational connection, and the promotion of profound transformation. For this purpose, A.O.B encourages a focus on the process of self and relational practice as a life art; strengthening individuals, couples, families and communities to generate loving interruptions in identified problem cycles, create liberating change and learn to embrace growth with gratitude.
