My experience includes helping individuals with issues such as stress management, addictions, trauma, and disordered eating. I have also provided guidance to couples and families faced with relationship issues and life transitions such as parenting or divorce. I focused on my career later in life, and have been working in private practice for 6 years. I use techniques such as cognitive behavioral (changing negative thinking patterns), mindfulness (deep breathing, relaxation), and DBT (emotional regulation). I offer in-person and video sessions.
