Bio

Is there a part of your life you would like to transform? Congratulations on having taken the first step by reaching out for help!

Whether it’s accepting the past, learning to live mindfully and finding joy and motivation in the present, coping with trauma or relieving stress, changing relationship patterns, or resolving family conflict, I would like to help empower you to achieve a greater sense of mental and emotional health.

I work with children, youth, adults, couples and families and have been in the mental health field for more than a decade, as a therapist since 2014.

Some areas of focus are anxiety, depression, ADHD, foster care and adoption, trauma, family conflict and divorce recovery for the adults or child. I also specialize in an attachment-based parenting practice called Circle of Security as well as postpartum depression and perinatal mental health.

Struggling with type 1 diabetes and depression/anxiety? I work specifically with people with Type 1 Diabetes and would be happy to help.
