Bio

Welcome! I provide on-line therapy for residents in Texas and Indiana. I received an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis in 2003. Since then I have worked in various capacities in the mental health field in three different states. My son and I recently moved from the Dallas suburbs and are back in Indiana near family and friends.

I love helping people reach their goals and have helped client’s of all ages. Early on I did a lot of work with children in the foster care system who were dealing with trauma. I’ve also helped with a variety of issues including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, addictions, sexual abuse, disordered eating and LGBTQ issues. I’ve been involved in crisis intervention and assessments at the outpatient and inpatient levels, juvenile detention and in schools.

I look forward to speaking with you and joining you on your journey!
