Bruce D. Perry stated, ""Relationships are the agents of change and the most powerful therapy is human love." In family systems therapy, familial relationships, patterns, communication, and behaviors are examined within and beyond the therapy session, allowing for assessment, observation, and guidance around how certain behaviors could be impacting your family or organization, and how your perception directly affects outcomes. It all begins with valuing ourselves so that we can be self fulfilled and relationally fulfilled. I believe one person can make a difference. I personally and professionally strive to be that person.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I support individuals with multiple issues. I have experience with children, individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive knowledge with child mental health challenges, and developmental trauma. Both inform my mindful compassionate approach in session. Hope is something you have to manifest into the world.
Once one person has hope, it can be contagious. My approach is to create hope and watch it multiply by leading and educating in kindness, with compassion, collaboration, and through experiences which allow for positive change. I offer in person visits, and Tele-Therapy appointments over live video from a HIPAA compliant platform.
