I provide counseling for adolescents and therapy for emerging adults and adults who are in their 20’s and early 30’s.
I can help you reduce your anxiety and/or depression and find solutions to things in your life that cause you high stress while helping you build your self-esteem and confidence, so you can be your best self.
I utilize evidence-based therapies that will support the changes you want to make. Together, we will begin to be curious about what you feel, think, and believe, while we expand your observations and insights about yourself and others around you. This will help us gain insight, identify obstacles, and find ways to either plow through, move around, or conquer those obstacles to help you get what you need and want.
