Dr. Kim Bundy-Fazioli, LCSW-R licensed in both Colorado & NY. She is the founder and director of Mindfulness Matters Institute, LLC located in Breckenridge, CO and has been practicing for over 36 years. Kim provides office-based therapy as well as teletherapy (online therapy) with individuals and couples seeking to address issues related to anxiety, stress, worry, self worth, and overall emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Her approach focuses on the mind-body connection helping individuals find calm within the chaos. She helps to re-channel the critical mind, ruminations, and worry guiding individuals to access their own internal resources in order to live more fully in the present moment. Kim is actively engaged in each session building a strong relationship and supporting each individual’s capacity for self compassion.

Kim is certified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Koru Mindfulness, and Yoga. She is also trained in Brainspotting and Emotional Freedom Technique.
