My focus is on helping you learn how to empower yourself to become stronger and more determined to reach the goals that you set. I work with clients in education, healthcare, emergency response, & military personnel as they navigate to balance their personal and professional lives. I have a speciality providing support to families that are going through a separation or divorce. I also provide co-parent counseling, reunification counseling, parenting coordination, family mediation, and supervised visitation to support family members as they adjust to life changes.

My specialties include working with clients that are experiencing depression, mood challenges, anxiety, family conflicts, life transitions, relationship issues, and grief. I work with clients that managing chronic medical conditions which may include: Infertility, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Cancer, Lyme Disease, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic Pain, Lupus, Migraines, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. As an integrative counselor, my approach draws upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
