Bio

I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Master’s Degree from Boston College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Worcester State University. My graduate training focused on social justice and serving those with diverse mental health challenges and systemic barriers. I had the pleasure over the years working with individuals experiencing homelessness, incarcerated men, and veterans. In addition to working at Clearview OCD Counseling, I provide therapy to undergraduate students in a wellness center at a local college. I also offer consultation services to public safety employees to help determine their ability to return to work.

Traumatic experiences have been ever present for many of the clients I’ve served — supporting my clients through their healing process is something I’m passionate about. I bring a warm and empowering presence to my clinical work, as I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is a necessary foundation for growth. I also utilize individualized, evidence-based techniques. I am trained in CPT for PTSD and related conditions, which focuses on helping clients identify and work through points in their recovery where they feel “stuck.” I am also trained and receive supervision in ACT and ERP for anxiety, OCD, and phobias.
