Have you ever struggled to be your true self? Do you feel broken or like something is missing and you’re searching for ____________? Perhaps you experience self-doubt,
perfectionism, unhealthy thinking patterns and feel like your best isn’t good enough? So, you find yourself saying you’ll handle it later or think your concerns will pass– yet the issue never disappears, and you’re left feeling overwhelmed, out of control, scared, and alone.
It may feel difficult to ask for help or you might fear being judged or rejected. I am here to provide a safe space where you feel heard and accepted. To support you in recognizing thoughts and feelings and find the courage to be your true self. I believe that living authentically will help you to discover your path to a more fulfilling life. Through our work together, I hope you improve relationships, increase your self-awareness and self-esteem, decrease anxious or depressive symptoms, and allow yourself to accept you as you. Change, no matter how small or large, can be challenging. You can overcome these difficulties – the best is yet to come.
