I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a Licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist (LGMFT) in the state of Maryland. As an MFT I'm specifically trained to work with couples, families, and individuals.

I will help you acquire tools you need to get where you want to be in your life and relationships. The basis for my work is attachment and existentialism. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The most important thing to me is creating that therapeutic connection with clients, person to person.
