Duane Osterlind

Duane Osterlind, Founder and Clinical Director of Novus Mindful Life Institute located in Long Beach California, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Supervisor. Duane Osterlind holds a B.A. and Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University-Long Beach.

He specializes in sex addiction, porn addiction, relational trauma, couples and infidelity, alcoholism, anxiety and stress, depression, and grief. Duane Osterlind is the host of The Addicted Mind podcast, which focuses on the cycle of and recovery from addiction.

He also co-hosts the Helping Couples Heal podcast, which offers a comprehensive program for couples devoted to healing from relational and betrayal trauma.
